
The Laurel B. Johnson Community Center facility is located 14 miles at the end of the beautiful Toandos Peninsula, at 923 Hazel Point Road, Quilcene WA 98376.

The Center is operated by the Jefferson County Parks & Recreation District #1 (see map of District #1) and the citizens of the Toandos Peninsula.
The LBJCC is the hub of the community and is a venue for
activities and resources, including:
- Designated Jefferson County
Emergency Response Center - Emergency Narcan (naloxone) box for use for an opioid overdose

- Outdoor Activities
- P-patch community garden
- Jefferson County Food Bank – Wednesday 10-11 am
- Jefferson County Rural District Library Bookmobile – Friday
10-11:30 am - Alcoholics Anonymous Meeting – Sunday 11 am•
- Music concerts
- Coyle Women’s Club
- Water Source
- Free Internet
- Ham Radio Repeater and 70ft antenna used by Toandos Emergency Preparedness Association.
- Rental venue for public and private events
